Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, operational, or compliance purposes.

Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Before processing a deletion request, Antralabs may verify the identity of the requester to protect user information and prevent unauthorized actions.

Once a request has been reviewed and verified, Antralabs will take reasonable steps to delete applicable personal information from active systems.

Processing times may vary depending on the nature and scope of the request.

Deleting personal information may result in loss of access to services, products, subscriptions, accounts, or associated features.

Where personal information has been shared with trusted service providers for operational purposes, deletion requests may also require coordination with those providers.

Deleted information may remain temporarily within secure backup systems until normal retention cycles expire.

Backup data is protected and is not actively processed for operational purposes.
